Meet Olga and her family

What happens next?
New Story gives 100% of your donations (including cc processing fees) to our incredibly trustworthy local partner, Mission of Hope, who has local Haitian contractors ready to start building. It will take about two months to build the home, and every donor will get an update once the home is complete.

Their Story
Olga lives with her two daughters Richerline who dreams of traveling the world and Stephanie who wants to become a chef. They are natives of Leveque and were left with nothing when the earthquake struck in 2010.

After falling ill, Olga had to sell some of her few possessions and does not have enough funds for land or a house. She described the tent as being a contributor to poor health, and says “in the afternoon, you have to stay under the bed because it is so hot”.

With your donation, Olga and her daughters will have a stable foundation to pursue their dreams and live a more healthy and prosperous life.
