Their Story
Viergelie is a 45 year-old coffee saleswoman who dreams of growing her coffee business. She lives with Jerzinyo and Elga who both just finished school. 

Before the earthquake, she lived in a house in Leveque, but for the past 5 years she has lived in a tent. In the tent, the sun and rain make life difficult for Viergelie. The tent can grow very hot and the roof leaks when it rains. 

With a new home, “We will all feel better,” Viergelie says. A home will guard this family from dangers like illness, theft, and rape.
