Mission of Hope (MOH) was founded in 1998, and serves the Haitian population holistically, in areas such as educational development, orphan care, healthcare, sustainable infrastructure, church advancement, and nutrition. MOH is regarded as one of the most successful NGOs in Haiti. They earned this respect because of their impeccable integrity, and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent results, including in their partnership with New Story.
Mission of Hope provides over 90,000 meals a day, educates 6,000 students, and they’ve built 500+ hurricane and seismic resistant homes.
Mission of Hope has also partnered with the Clinton Foundation to bring solar lighting to the community of Leveque, Haiti - where we are working to build a sustainable community.
With Mission of Hope, New Story has funded and built homes for 151 families in Leveque in less than 1 year. These families were living in life-threatening tarp tents since the 2010 earthquake.
Mission of Hope has 15+ years of experience in Haiti and is regarded as one of the best NGOs in Haiti. They earned this respect because of their impeccable integrity, and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent results.
Mission of Hope had also partnered with the Clinton Foundation. We have the utmost respect for MOH.

The Fuller Center was founded in 2005 by Millard Fuller, the founder of Habitat for Humanity. This organization is on an unrelenting quest to provide adequate shelter for all people in need and they have a record of successful home building in 17 countries.
With their roots in Habitat for Humanity, The Fuller Center brings to our joint effort decades of knowledge in home building, land and ownership, and micro-mortgages. All home recipients will payback the cost of their home (no interest) in monthly installments. One hundred percent of these “payback” funds are recycled to build the next community in El Salvador. This is a truly sustainable approach to community building.
On the ground in El Salvador, The Fuller Center works with People Helping People (Gente Ayudando Gente) – an organization started in 2009 by locals with a deep commitment to impoverished El Salvadorian families. PHP is able to execute effectively due to their strong local networks.
With these partners, we plan to build 90 homes in Nuevo Cuscátlan, El Salvador in 2016.

Reputable partners who live and work in the communities we serve are uniquely qualified to execute home and community building. Our local partners have a long track record of success, which has earned them:
• connections with local governments to secure land
• trust of recipient families
• relationships to negotiate effectively with local contractors and engineers
Local partners also share our vision of stimulating the local economy. As such, all of our homes are built by local workers who earn a fair wage (sometimes for the very first time). Our partners help us screen and train families, navigate local regulations, source materials and labor, and build homes.
All of our partners operate within our 100% model, funneling every penny directly to home building costs.
